Ingredients :
- Sprouted green gram - 1 bowl
- Cucumber - 1 bowl (finely chopped)
- Grated carrot - 1 bowl
- Pomegranate - 1 bowl
- Dry grapes - 1/2 small bowl
- Green chilies - 3
- Oil - 1 sp
- Mustard Seed - 1/4 sp
- Urad dal - 1/2 sp
- Curry leaves - 5
- Coriander leaves - to garnish
- Grated coconut - 1/2 bowl
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a big mixing bowl add the sprouted green gram, Chopped cucumber, grated carrot, pomegranate, dry grapes, green chilies, coriander leaves and grated coconut. Mix them well.
- For seasoning heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds followed by urad dal fry until light brown. Add curry leaves and turn off the flame.
- Add seasoning and salt to the mixing bowl, mix well and serve.
