Ingredients:
- Peanut- 1 bowl
- Coconut - 1/2 bowl (grated)
- Green chili - 3-4
- Coriander leaves - small bunch(cleaned)
- Garlic - 4-5 small pods
- Tamarind - a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of sugar
Method:
- In a mixer add Roasted and de-skinned Peanuts, Grated Coconut, Green chilies, Garlic, Coriander leaves/Cilantro, pinch of Tamarind, Salt to taste, and a pinch of sugar, grind them well with a required quantity of water.
- Peanut Chutney is ready to go with Dosa, Idly or even with khara pongal.
