Peanut Chutney

Ingredients:


  • Peanut- 1 bowl 
  • Coconut - 1/2 bowl (grated)
  • Green chili - 3-4
  • Coriander leaves - small bunch(cleaned)
  • Garlic - 4-5 small pods
  • Tamarind - a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of sugar
Method:
  • In a mixer add Roasted and de-skinned Peanuts, Grated Coconut, Green chilies,  Garlic, Coriander leaves/Cilantro, pinch of Tamarind, Salt to taste, and a pinch of sugar, grind them well with a required quantity of water.
  • Peanut Chutney is ready to go with Dosa, Idly or even with khara pongal.
