Ingredients:
- Sprouted green gram - 1 bowl
- Sweet corn - 1 bowl
- Green chilies - 3
- Oil - 1 sp
- Mustard Seed - 1/4 sp
- Urad dal - 1/2 sp
- Curry leaves - 5
- Coriander leaves - to garnish
- Grated coconut - 1/2 bowl
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Sweet corn can be pressure cooked with a pinch of slat for 2 whistles or can be added raw.
- In a mixing bowl add sprouted green gram, sweet corn, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, grated coconut and salt to taste, mix all of them well.
- For seasoning heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds followed by urad dal fry until light brown. Add curry leaves and turn off the flame.
- Add seasoning and mix well, its ready to serve.
