Ingredients:
- Tamarind pulp - 1 small bowl
- Jaggery - 1 small bowl
- Dates - 4-5
- Black salt - 1/2 sp
- Red chili powder - 1 sp
- Salt - 1/2 sp
Method:
- In a thick bottom pan allow jaggery to melt with little quantity of water.Once its done filter it to remove sand like particles.
- Boil the filtered jaggery and sliced dates into it and continue to boil for few mins.
- Add the tamarind pulp and boil fro few mins until they mix well.
- Add black salt, salt and red chili powder.
- Tastes well with samosa, and to prepare chats at home.
