Ingredients:
- Carrot - 2
- Onion - 1
- Oil - 3 sp
- Mustard seed - 1/2 sp
- Urad dal - 1/2 sp
- Channa dal - 1/2 sp
- Green chilies - 5
- Curry leaves - few
- Coriander leaves - to Garnish.
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add the grated carrot in a mixing bowl.
- Add the finely chopped onion, green chilies, Coriander leaves.
- For seasoning, heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed allow them to pop well.Add urad dal, channa dal and fry until they are light brown. Add curry leaves. turn off the flame.
- Add the seasoning to mixing bowl and also add salt to taste,mix well.
