Green Chutney

Preparation time - 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • Mint leaves - 1 small bowl
  • Coriander leaves - 1 small bowl
  • Green chilies - 7
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Black salt - 1.4 sp
  • Salt to taste
Method
  • In a mixer jar add a bowl of cleaned mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger(optional), Black salt, and salt to taste. Grind well with little water.
  • Adding a pinch of tamarind will help Chutney to be fresh green for long lime.
  • Tastes best with Samosa, Dhokla or even to prepare chats at home.
