Ingredients:
- Mint leaves - 1 small bowl
- Coriander leaves - 1 small bowl
- Green chilies - 7
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Black salt - 1.4 sp
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a mixer jar add a bowl of cleaned mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger(optional), Black salt, and salt to taste. Grind well with little water.
- Adding a pinch of tamarind will help Chutney to be fresh green for long lime.
- Tastes best with Samosa, Dhokla or even to prepare chats at home.
