Ingredients:
- Kadale hittu/Gram flour - 2 cup
- Ghee - 2 cup
- Sugar - 2 cup
- water - 4 sp
- Oil - 4 sp
Method:
- Fry the gram flour with 2 sp ghee till you get nice aroma of it.Allow it to cool to room temperature.
- In a mixing bowl add the fried gram flour, ghee, powdered sugar, water and oil and mix well without forming lump.
- Heat a pan, add the above prepared mixture and stir continuously till it leaves the pan.
- Transfer the content to plate. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Cut into your desired shape and serve.
