Mysore Paak

Preparation time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

  • Kadale hittu/Gram flour - 2 cup
  • Ghee - 2 cup
  • Sugar - 2 cup
  • water - 4 sp
  • Oil - 4 sp
Method:
  • Fry the gram flour with 2 sp ghee till you get nice aroma of it.Allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • In a mixing bowl add the fried gram flour, ghee, powdered sugar, water and oil and mix well without forming lump.
  • Heat a pan, add the above prepared mixture and stir continuously till it leaves the pan.
  • Transfer the content to plate. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • Cut into your desired shape and serve.
