Pudina/Mint leaves Juice

Preparation time:10 mins

Ingredients:

  • Pudina/mint leaves - 1 small bowl
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Jeera - 1/4 sp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Jaggery - small piece (Half lemon size)
  • Black pepper - 4 - 5 seeds
  • Honey - 4 sp
  • Water - 1 to1 n 1/2 glass
  • Lemon juice - 3 sp

Method:
  • In a jar add pudina/mint leaves, jeera, thinly sliced ginger, jaggery, black pepper and make thick paste.
  • Add Salt to taste, honey and mix well in mixer for a minute.
  • Add required quantity of water and lime juice and serve.
Ps: Its effective to have in early morning, helps digestion and good for gastric problems. Adding a pinch of black salt will increase the taste.
