Ingredients:
- Pudina/mint leaves - 1 small bowl
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Jeera - 1/4 sp
- Salt - a pinch
- Jaggery - small piece (Half lemon size)
- Black pepper - 4 - 5 seeds
- Honey - 4 sp
- Water - 1 to1 n 1/2 glass
- Lemon juice - 3 sp
Method:
- In a jar add pudina/mint leaves, jeera, thinly sliced ginger, jaggery, black pepper and make thick paste.
- Add Salt to taste, honey and mix well in mixer for a minute.
- Add required quantity of water and lime juice and serve.
Ps: Its effective to have in early morning, helps digestion and good for gastric problems. Adding a pinch of black salt will increase the taste.
