Ingredients :
- Carrot - 2 big
- Garlic - 1 whole skin removed
- Green chilies - 7
- Urad dal - 1/2 sp
- Channa dal - 1/2 sp
- Mustard seed - 1/2 sp
- Hing - a pinch
- Oil - 4 sp
- Curry leaves - few
- Fresh coriander leaves - to garnish
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat 4 sp oil in a pan. Add mustard seed and allow them to pop well. Add a pinch of hing.
- Add crushed garlic and fry untill lt brown.
- Add Urad dal, channa dal fry until light brown, add green chilies(slit) curry leaves fry until leaves are crisp.
- Add grated carrot, salt to taste and mix them well. let it cook well with lid covered for 10 mins.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and Serve hot with chapathi.
