Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- Paneer – 100 Gms
- Onions - 2 medium
- Tomato - 2 medium
- Lemon - 1 medium
- Red chili powder – 1tb sp
- Garam masala – ½ tb sp
- Sugar – 1-2 sp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 4sp
- Ginger paste – 1sp
- Garlic paste – 1sp
- Coriander leaves chopped.
Method:
- Heat 4 sp oil in a pan.
- Add ½ sp jeera and add sliced onions sauté till its transparent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and add tomatoes cook till its smooth.
- Add red chili powder and garam masala
- Bring a cup of water to boil and add diced paneer into it, leave it for 2 mins.Drain the water.
- Add 1/1and a half spoon of sugar and cook for a min.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add the hot and soft paneer and cook well.
- Add lemon juice (4-5 sp) to it after turning the flame off.(lemon juice should not be cooked)
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
