- Hurigadale/Roasted gram - 1 small bowl
- Coconut - 1 small bowl
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Green chilies - 5-6
- Coriander leaves - 1 small bowl chopped.
- Tamarind - 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Fry green chilies with few drops of oil.
- To a mixer jar, add hurigadale, grated coconut, fried green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, tamarind and salt to taste, grind well with required amount of water.
- Chutney is ready to serve.
- You can also season it with sesame seeds, urad dal and curry leaves (optional)
