Hurigadale Chutney (Roasted gram)

Ingredients:


  • Hurigadale/Roasted gram - 1 small bowl
  • Coconut - 1 small bowl
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Green chilies - 5-6
  • Coriander leaves - 1 small bowl chopped.
  • Tamarind - 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste
Method:

  • Fry green chilies with few drops of oil.
  • To a mixer jar, add hurigadale, grated coconut, fried green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, tamarind and salt to taste, grind well with required amount of water.
  • Chutney is ready to serve.
  • You can also season it with sesame seeds, urad dal and curry leaves (optional)
